All 4 members of our family have been through ortho with Dr Wilson (kids and adults). He’s a wonderful doctor and person! The staff is fantastic -(Mary, Tiffanie and everyone else) always accommodating with our kids’ hectic school and sports schedules. Highly recommend this office!

Response from the owner:Thank you for your kind words! We do everything in our power to make scheduling, completing, and following up on patient appointments as seamless as possible.

Friendly professional office! You are welcomed by all the staff and all your needs are taken care of

Response from the owner:Thank you for your kind words, Robin! We're thrilled to hear that you felt welcomed and well taken care of by our team. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to serving you again!

Cierra who works there is hands down the best! Every time I get my braces tightened she does such a fabulous job! I never have to use wax after she clips everything and is so fast and efficient. She is officially my GO TO every time I come here! Also my teeth are looking amazing and I get compliments on them all the time. Thank you!

Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing this feedback! The commitment to creating a supportive and friendly atmosphere is a core value of the team, and it's rewarding to see that recognized.

We had a great experience with Phase 1 treatment, and the doctor was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience declined when trying to move forward with Phase 2 treatment. We had to call three separate times just to receive a treatment estimate. After that, despite multiple follow-up calls to schedule Phase 2, we were never contacted by the treatment coordinator or able to get an appointment set up. The front desk staff always sounded polite and willing to help, but communication and follow-through were very disappointing. We hope the office improves its communication process because the clinical care itself was very good. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to schedule Phase 2 treatment, we decided it may be time to look for a different orthodontist. Follow up: Updating my previous review because the office reached out and truly made the effort to address my concerns. I really appreciated the thoughtful follow-up and professionalism from the team. The office has always been wonderful, and I’m grateful the staff took the feedback seriously and worked to make things right. That level of care and communication means a lot. Thank you again to the whole team!

Response from the owner:Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your kind words about Dr. Wilson and your positive experience with Phase 1 treatment. Providing excellent clinical care and great patient experience are both very important to us, which is why we are disappointed to hear that our communication and follow-through did not meet your expectations during the Phase 2 process. We sincerely apologize for the delays in receiving your estimate and the lack of follow-up regarding scheduling. We understand that timely communication and consistent follow-through are important, and we clearly fell short in this situation. Your feedback is valuable and has been shared with our team as we work to improve our communication systems and patient coordination process. We never want a family to feel overlooked, especially after trusting us with their orthodontic care. We truly value your family and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly if there is anything we can do to help moving forward.

There is a huge difference between this orthodontist clinic and the one my family started out using in the neighboring City! We've generally had a GREAT experience with the highly recommended Dr. Wilson and team. My daughter and I are wrapping up orthodontic treatment at Bright Now Dental and it has been the WORST experience on so many levels (for everyone we know who's tried them). Once I experienced how they do things I made sure when my youngest needed work to expand his palate and straighten his teeth that he went to the place my local dentist (Dr. Huynh) recommended. We are very thankful for the team at Wilson orthodontics!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for taking the time to share this—your experience truly means a lot to us. We’re so glad to hear that you’ve had a great experience with Dr. Wilson and our team, and we’re honored that your dentist, Dr. Huynh, trusted us with your child’s care. That kind of confidence and referral is something we take very seriously. We’re especially happy that your youngest is having a positive experience with their palate expansion and orthodontic treatment here. Our goal is always to provide a smooth, supportive, and high-quality experience for both patients and families, and it’s incredibly rewarding to hear that came through for you. Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing Wilson Ortho—we’re grateful to be part of your family’s orthodontic journey!

Technician explained every step of the procedures which was very helpful and reassuring. Very friendly and positive experience.

Response from the owner:Thank you Ericka for your kind review! We’re so glad to hear that our team took the time to walk you through each step and made you feel comfortable along the way. Providing a friendly, positive, and reassuring experience is always our goal. We truly appreciate you choosing Wilson Ortho!

I am a two timer, I had braces when I was much younger and most recently noticed my teeth had moved quite a bit. After meeting the office staff when my grandson got his braces, I decided to try it again. The process has been smooth and I’m just finishing up with Invisalign’s, getting my retainers later this month. My teeth look straight again and I’m pleased with the end product. Thank you Dr Wilson and staff. You guys are great!

Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your experience! It's wonderful to hear how happy you are with your results after returning for treatment. Our team appreciates your kind words about Dr. Wilson and the staff. Enjoy your new smile!
