Cierra who works there is hands down the best! Every time I get my braces tightened she does such a fabulous job! I never have to use wax after she clips everything and is so fast and efficient. She is officially my GO TO every time I come here! Also my teeth are looking amazing and I get compliments on them all the time. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Phase 1 treatment, and the doctor was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience declined when trying to move forward with Phase 2 treatment. We had to call three separate times just to receive a treatment estimate. After that, despite multiple follow-up calls to schedule Phase 2, we were never contacted by the treatment coordinator or able to get an appointment set up. The front desk staff always sounded polite and willing to help, but communication and follow-through were very disappointing. We hope the office improves its communication process because the clinical care itself was very good. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to schedule Phase 2 treatment, we decided it may be time to look for a different orthodontist. Follow up: Updating my previous review because the office reached out and truly made the effort to address my concerns. I really appreciated the thoughtful follow-up and professionalism from the team. The office has always been wonderful, and I’m grateful the staff took the feedback seriously and worked to make things right. That level of care and communication means a lot. Thank you again to the whole team!

There is a huge difference between this orthodontist clinic and the one my family started out using in the neighboring City! We've generally had a GREAT experience with the highly recommended Dr. Wilson and team. My daughter and I are wrapping up orthodontic treatment at Bright Now Dental and it has been the WORST experience on so many levels (for everyone we know who's tried them). Once I experienced how they do things I made sure when my youngest needed work to expand his palate and straighten his teeth that he went to the place my local dentist (Dr. Huynh) recommended. We are very thankful for the team at Wilson orthodontics!

I am a two timer, I had braces when I was much younger and most recently noticed my teeth had moved quite a bit. After meeting the office staff when my grandson got his braces, I decided to try it again. The process has been smooth and I’m just finishing up with Invisalign’s, getting my retainers later this month. My teeth look straight again and I’m pleased with the end product. Have had the best experience at Wilson Ortho !! Almost 3 yrs for me and my son also went here before more !! The best service hands down .. always felt comfortable!! And just yesterday I had all my attachments removed as I am finished ✅ and Kayce did such an amazing job!!
